Saturday Pennant Grand Final Day

A warm day with a slightly cooling easterly breeze provided good conditions for the the Pennant Grand Finals held at Lakes on Saturday.

Lakes were successful in Div 4 after with  extra end  after scores were tied at 25 ends. Well done team!!

Div 3 did not fare so well, going down to Paynesville by 24 shots.

Bairnsdale scooped the pool on Divs 1 and 2 winning over Paynesville and Howitt Park.

Lakes can be proud of the way that the  event was presented, the greens and facilities were great and the large crowd of spectators were well catered for. The Lakes teams appreciated the strong support from our home spectators.

All in all – well done Lakes on a great day!!
